Terms and policies
Template text for the demo — have it reviewed by a legal adviser before launch.
Orders
All rings are made to order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT.
Making time
The estimated making time is shown before you pay and depends on the current batch. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and we will tell you promptly if it changes.
Delivery
Delivery is free and tracked within the UAE. Outside the UAE we ship with DHL at the rate shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
Because each ring is made to your choices, we do not accept returns for change of mind or size. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected.
