Looking after your ring

Everyday care

Take your ring off for swimming, sport, gardening and cleaning. Put it on after perfume and lotion have dried.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store it in its box, away from other jewellery.

What to expect over time

Silver can darken as it meets air and skin; a silver polishing cloth brings the shine back. Rhodium plating on white gold softens gradually with wear. These changes alone are not a defect.

Our warranty

Every ring carries a written warranty against manufacturing faults. If your ring has a fault, or is not as described, we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.

Visible damage, missing contents or the wrong piece: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. A missing video or a late report does not remove your legal rights.

Made to order

Each ring is made after you order it, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. We do not offer resizing, polishing or optional repairs.
